Avocado Cilantro Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups prepared Hummus
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with pita, crackers, or crudités. Or for a fast snack or lunch, spread over a warm whole wheat tortilla, top with fresh baby spinach and shredded carrots, roll up, and enjoy.
