I always thought the Pinto bean was the best. That was until my friend Chef Paul of K-Pauls in N.O. took me into the kitchen and showed me how wrong I was. He had me sit down with a plate of baked goods to eat, all the while he was throwing things together in a pot. After a few hours, he had finished his masterpiece.
