Jamaican Jerk Black Bean Nachos
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray a parchment lined sheet pan with some vegetable oil.
- Layer tortilla chips with white bean cheese sauce, Jerk black beans, and Monterey jack cheese. Place in oven until cheese is melted.
- Top nachos with roasted corn salsa.
- Garnish with pickled red onion, serrano pepper slices, cheese, and cilantro. Finish with spicy avocado crema.
