Directions:

  1. In a heavy pot, combine 1 lb. Camellia Brand® Lentils, 8 cups water, and Camellia Brand® Spicy Lentils Flavor Infusion seasoning. 
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 35 minutes or until the lentils are tender.
